We are leaders in our businesses and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MissionAs part of a highly dynamic team, the candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing & support for different business intelligence solutions to meet the identified business requests by different functions such as sales, marketing, logistics, and finances in different countries across the globe. This includes crafting and executing queries upon request for data and presenting information through different reports and visualization.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze Product Backlog features to identify any gaps or missing information needed to perform development and testing activities.Translate business needs to technical specifications.Participate in high-level design for the projects.Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.Collaborate with different teams to integrate systems.Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.Deliver and integrate the software on configuration management tools.Perform technical reviews on software design and coding.Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance.Report work progress in Daily Scrum meetings.Participate in Weekly meetings/calls with internal and external Product Owners.Contribute effectively to the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible.Support his/her colleagues whenever required.Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Upon need, support in creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation, and load of data.QualificationsEducation/TrainingB.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics.B.Sc. in Computer Science.Professional ExperienceFrom 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)Good knowledge in Agile Scrum.Business processes understanding.Excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.Team spirit and excellent communication abilities.Excellent organizational skills.High sense of ownership and responsibility.English is a must.German or French is a plus.Technical SkillsHands-on experience in one of BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a must.Hands-on experience in QlikView/QlikSense is highly preferred.Good command of SQL and understanding database operations and optimization is a must.Knowledge of data modeling concepts is a must.Good knowledge of ETL concepts and one of its tools is a must.Good knowledge of Java, Python is a plus.Good knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.Good knowledge of Google Cloud Analytics is a plus.Job:
