Job Title: CISCO Support EngineerDuration: 3 YearsWork Location: Atlanta GA 30308Job Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP Applications for Consumer Voice Over IP platforms.Perform and coordinate trouble resolution for Consumer Voice Over IP platforms.Support the VoIP applications and life cycle maintenance teams within the VOIP NRC and Fault Management Groups.Responsible for performing Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) on routers, load balancers, and Session Border Controllers within multiple VOIP platforms.Ensure that all supported elements have the proper network connectivity, are configured properly, are functioning properly, proper alarming is occurring, and all Operational requirements are met.Identify and troubleshoot VoIP service impacting troubles.Qualifications
Experience in UNITY, Call manager Unity, voice CUCM, Cisco Unified Call Manager.Additional Information
