Be part of an organization that’s known for excellence, fast growth, and being consistently profitable.What you’ll do:Support the Customer Success organization as their HR business partner, providing guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR programs, practices, and policies.Build strong relationships with managers to coach and advise them on organizational, people, and change-related issues.Manage complex, specialized, and sensitive employee relations cases with objectivity and integrity, including recommending outcomes and actions based on investigation findings.Support HR programs in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development, including talent reviews and calibrations, engagement survey planning, and compensation reviews.Engage with people at key stages of their tenure. Gather insights on their experience at NAVEX, summarize findings, and propose actions that strengthen our culture.In partnership with HR Data Analyst, analyze HR reports to inform strategic decision-making and problem-solving.In partnership with Talent Development, create and facilitate training content to support organizational capability and impact.Maintain employee records across systems to ensure consistency and data integrity.Support company-wide Talent Services initiatives as needed.What you’ll need:5+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner; SHRM-CP desired.Passion to grow your HR craft through continuous learning, curiosity, and commitment to change.Strong working knowledge of key employment laws and regulations.Exceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detail.Unshakeable confidentiality and integrity.Ability to drive results through your job competencies of advising, decision making, and stewardship.Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust.Our side of the deal:We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. Every team member must have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months on our team. The starting pay range for this role is $90,000+ per annum.
