is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a high visibility research and development program. As a Full Stack Software developer, you will develop front-end interfaces and back-end database software that directly supports simulated electronic warfare hardware in the loop lab (HWIL) environments. You will work with a team of engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to develop solution spaces to complex data organization problems. You will provide insight and propose solutions for consolidating threat simulation data within a single database.What You'll Do
Develop ground up solution for converging various legacy data sets within a single document-based databaseCapture requirements, design, develop, and deliver databases to interact with the various tools in current and future production and modernizationDevelop user interface for engineers to navigate, create, and update database with EW scenario events, threat models and data collectionsReview code for legacy conversion and analysis tools and develop documentation, bug resolution, and feature improvementsAnalyze problem space and propose SW solutions for data analysis efforts within a lab environmentParticipate in the team’s agile development processWhat You'll Bring
Bachelors in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or equivalent STEM degree3+ years’ experience in software programming front-end and back-end productsExperience with developing, deploying, and interacting with database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, MySQL)An active Secret clearance is requiredExperience with agile software development, continuous integration/deployment processes, and/or test-driven development.Ability and desire to work on multi-disciplinary engineering teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective presentation and problem-solving skillsWork on-site at Wright Patterson AFBFamiliarity with scripting and programming languages such as Python, C#, and C++ under Microsoft Windows and Linux platformsFamiliarity with agile tools such as GitHub, Jira, BitBucketWhat Sets Us Apart?
