Business Systems Analyst Intern

Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full-time opportunities, as available.Qorvo’s Internship Program offers:Challenging, skill-building assignmentsMentoring and coaching from industry expertsLunch & Learns and other learning opportunitiesCollaborative team-based work environmentNetworking and social eventsFinal presentation to business leadersQorvo’s Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors, and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.Responsibilities may include:Work with our Global Planning, Logistics and Procurement teams to improve existing Business Processes using system tools like Appian, Monday.com, Tableau, Power Apps/Automate, SAP, etc.Analyze current business processes and work with Business Process owners to improve/automate steps using system tools/software solutions available in Qorvo.Work with our IT department and other cross-functional team members to define system requirements/changes to improve/enhance our business processes.Design and develop systems solutions using Appian, Monday.com, Power Apps, or other tools to improve our workflow steps and scale our business processes.Provide end-user training and testing support during the Business Processes Management cycles.Follow Project Management methodologies/documentation to deliver Business Process Changes successfully to our end users.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fieldMust be at least a rising Senior by Summer 2024Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)SAP experience preferredSelf-starter with strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailMust have willingness to learn new applications and software with minimal guidanceMust be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlinesMust have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervisionThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship by the company.
