Senior Habilitation Manager
could be the position for you!Candidate must be comfortable with driving throughout DE for their caseload and into PA for training!The Senior Habilitation Manager will:Act as internal case manager and advocate for clients in the Habilitation programManage a caseload of clientsConduct new hire orientation and onboardingParticipate in Person-Centered Planning processesCollaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs, and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support PlanMake regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitionsEvaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support PlanMaintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care CoordinatorsCarry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulationParticipate in client-specific orientationsRepresent BAYADA in community and marketing activitiesQualifications for a Senior Habilitation Manager:Bachelor's degree is
required , Master's degree
preferredMinimum of 2 years of post-degree experience with I/DD population
requiredHands-on personal care experience
requiredMUST have or willingness to obtain the following certifications
required : First aid/CPR certified trainer, MANDT, and UkeruReliable transportation
