Required Experience13+ years of overall software development experience in enterprise systems.10+ years of software development experience in Core Java, including multi-threading.8+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.5+ years as an AWS solutions architect.5+ years of microservice architecture and low-latency implementations.3+ years of experience working with distributed caching systems.3+ years implementing Apache Kafka data pipelines.In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development practices and how to leverage these to streamline project execution.Possess the ability to decompose business problems into smaller parts to correctly develop a solution, always considering the impact on other subsystems.Team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Familiar with software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing, and Performance Engineering.Knowledge of SDLC, especially regarding improving agile delivery metrics.Strong communication and team/technical leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.Preferred ExperienceAWS certification preferred.Consulting experience.Financial services experience is a plus.Visit
