We are looking for a hands-on Sr. TPM to join the Amazon ProfitSphere team who are passionate about technology, innovation, and customer experience, and are ready to make a lasting impact on the industry. You'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams spanning Amazon, including AWS and external enterprise customers, to architect and develop new solutions to optimize processes beyond traditional levers. This is a high visibility role where you'll have the unique opportunity to gain deep insights into customer needs, consumption patterns, and supplier production, enabling you to control data, product flow, and relationships for a more responsive and profitable approach to demand-driven changes.You will be relied upon to improve efficiency and planning from learnings across multiple product launches, as well as to develop and manage processes and frameworks supporting the ProfitSphere as a program. The role will require constant balance between long term vision along with addressing immediate needs, driving an incremental approach that is metrics and data driven. It will require communicating effectively with leaders across Director and VP level on a regular basis while ensuring that the internal and external teams are aligned and stakeholders are aware of key performance indicators.The role is a hybrid of having deep technical knowledge and being instinctive on how eCommerce should function as a business along with a deep technical understanding of how to make these changes happen via a distributed domain services approach. It will require building and overseeing products that work beyond Amazon wherever our sellers and shippers can benefit from our products and fulfillment services.Key job responsibilities

Be customer obsessed. Think on behalf of the customer and work to meet the customer’s stated and unstated needs and aspirations.Organize and lead technical teams for deep diving challenging issues and solution options. Extend ProfitSphere reach and capabilities to enhance experience for current customers and to broaden selection for new customers.Spearhead the development and implementation of new services and solutions that will reshape the eCommerce supply chain landscape.Leverage data to drive smarter, more profitable decisions across the extended supply chain.Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity, reducing costs and streamlining processes.Be the internal coordinator supporting complex negotiations and complex business requirements and activities which deliver results.Analyze and present trade-offs for issue solution options or for prioritization among investment options. Create articulate, influential documents to guide discussions, decisions, escalations, and important debates.Troubleshoot technical issues, capture and guide progress with business and technical stakeholders, document findings, and parlay your learning into future ProfitSphere strategy and improvements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of technical product or program management experience7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules3+ years of software development experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
