The Cloud Solutions and Services team has an immediate opening for a MS Power Platform Sr Architect reporting to the Vice President of Cloud and Solutions Services.

We are looking for an accomplished Power Platform architect to join the product team responsible for setting direction. As a Platform Architect, you will help design and implement solutions to enhance the platform with focus on new capabilities, driving system efficiencies, and improving scalability. You will collaborate across product management, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure the successful deployment and management of new releases, applying best practices and industry standards. You will maintain a strong understanding of the current technical landscape of the Power Platform and proactively lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect deficiencies, gaps, and opportunities. You will work with leadership to prioritize, initiate and implement technology efforts aimed at addressing these opportunities. This role will also lead and support integration activities by providing subject matter expertise in addition to the definition of architectural and technical patterns. Optimize processes for the Power Platform team, define system specifications with addressing technical and business needs.Collaborate with partners and vendors to execute on strategic initiatives focused on designing, planning, developing and synchronizing strategic technological directives.Provide expert guidance and technical direction for the Power Platform squad.Develop frameworks and standards to improve utilization of the platform, reduce time to market and increase resiliency.Lead projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Power Platform-related issues.Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices and use this to determine future state and define capability roadmap.Actively contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing through informal (i.e. mentoring less experienced team members) and formal channels (i.e. presentations, communities of practice, etc.).Ensure technical team is practicing and adopting best practices around software engineering, infrastructure engineering and release and change processes.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Work experience that demonstrates increasing level of responsibility and having enterprise impact.About 6 years of experience architecting or engineering MS Power Platform solutions at an enterprise level.Significant experience using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure.Proficiency in designing and implementing secure and scalable power platform architectures.2+ years of experience defining / developing security and governance controls to meet enterprise standards.Ability to operate at multiple levels of technical detail from the architecture blueprint level to the discrete implementation level.Experience working at the enterprise level and developing and implementing enterprise strategies and architectures in complex federated environments.Knowledge of PowerBI preferred.Discover the Reason Why So Many People Love It Here!
