Role Overview
ID.me is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer specializing in Automations & Integrations to join our dynamic IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows and integrations that enhance our operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to understand their process automation needs and develop solutions that seamlessly integrate our various business systems. 5+ years of experience as an IT systems engineer or similar in an enterprise environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Advanced proficiency automating and orchestrating solutions to manual processes.Proficiency in popular automation tools and platforms.Experience administering SaaS applications in a corporate environment.Experience working with version control systems.Familiarity in a command line environment such as Bash/ZSH.Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, Ruby or similar.Knowledge of Linux/Unix based systems administration, security and networking technologies.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative solutions.Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in objectives.Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technical tasks.Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Relevant industry certifications in automation or system integration are a plus.ID.me maintains a work environment free from discrimination, where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
