Role Overview

ID.me is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer specializing in Automations & Integrations to join our dynamic IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows and integrations that enhance our operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with various departments to understand their process automation needs and develop solutions that seamlessly integrate our various business systems. Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using a variety of tools and languagesLead integration projects to ensure seamless communication between various internal systems, such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, SIEM, Data and custom applicationsConduct detailed requirements analysis to understand and anticipate the needs of internal stakeholders for process improvements through automationMaintain and enhance existing automation and integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficientCollaborate with security to implement automation solutions that comply with company policies and industry standardsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automations and integrations, providing high-level technical support as neededMaintain thorough documentation for all implemented processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for both technical and non-technical usersProvide ongoing support and maintenance for all deployed automation solutions, ensuring they remain effective, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization's objectivesPerform moderate and complex infrastructure and system upgradesCultivate cross-functional relationships with internal teamsMonitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvementKeep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation and integration, recommending innovative solutions to improve business processesQualifications

5+ years of experience as an IT systems engineer or similar in an enterprise environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Advanced proficiency automating and orchestrating solutions to manual processes.Proficiency in popular automation tools and platforms.Experience administering SaaS applications in a corporate environment.Experience working with version control systems.Familiarity in a command line environment such as Bash/ZSH.Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, Ruby or similar.Knowledge of Linux/Unix based systems administration, security and networking technologies.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and devise innovative solutions.Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in objectives.Ability to pay close attention to detail while performing technical tasks.Excellent time management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Relevant industry certifications in automation or system integration are a plus.ID.me maintains a work environment free from discrimination, where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
