$105K+Exempt + Potential 10% Annual Bonus

Summary:
This position is responsible for the maintenance, design and enhancement of Epicor ERP applications. Includes working with ERP applications end-users to understand their requirements and to implement user-friendly enhancements to the system. This position is part of a team that supports ongoing user technical requests and assists with the installation and testing of new versions/releases of EPICOR.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customizing Forms using Epicor Software Development Kit (C#)
Developing Epicor Business Process Maps (BPM)
Developing Business Application Queries (BAQ).
Creating Method Directives
Creating Data Directives
Creating BAQs
Creating Dashboards
Deploying patches and upgrades through the Epicor Administration console
Developing reports using Sequel Services Reporting Services (SSRS).
Maintaining documentation on changes to supported applications.
Communicating with the software vendors on upgrades, patches and technical requests.
Assisting in the implementation of other software systems as needed.
Accountabilities:
Become proficient with the application development tools required to support existing software applications.
Assist with Implementation of new releases of software applications, including testing and validation.
Assist in the development of training curriculum and provide training on application software.
Work with CIO to prioritize and complete projects and tech requests in a timely manner.
Completing internal and external IT training to perform at a high level within the position.
Training/Education/Experience:
Understanding of relational databases
General knowledge of Epicor's ERP applications and security
Knowledge of deploying patches and upgrades using Epicor Administration console
Knowledge of service connect is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems with a minimum four years' experience in ERP implementation and development, or comparable professional experience.
Knowledge of SQL and SSRS.
Knowledge of Epicor ERP and Epicor tools.
Proficient PC skills.
Experience training end users on software systems.
Epicor application/technical support experience.
C Sharp programming desired.
