Do you have an interest in the arts? The College of Arts and Architecture is seeking several talented and highly motivated students to join our information technology department, Arts Information Technology.Selected Candidates Will:Assist in maintaining specialized computer and printing studios across the college, including the Stuckeman School of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Graphic Design, School of Visual Arts, School of Theater, and the School of MusicCandidates will also help to resolve day to day technical customer support issuesAs an Art Information Technology team member, you will collaborate with colleagues to expand your expertise by working on tech-related projects and gain hands-on technology experienceCandidates must be comfortable working in a team environment, have great interpersonal skills, and a positive attitudeThey must be able to develop clear written documentation and communicate effectively, with an emphasis on customer servicePreferred experience includes Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office 365, and computer hardwareCandidates should exhibit the ability to diagnose and resolve problemsTroubleshooting computer hardware and software skills are a plusThese part-time positions beginning immediately. Standard hours for the position will be Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with the possibility of evening and weekend work.CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review
