Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Developer with extensive technical and hands-on experience that includes an excellent track record of successful deployments for external customers.As a Platform Developer, you design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow CSM in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution.The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experienceImplement and Configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee CenterDesign / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access ControlsSolid understanding with creating Business Rules, ACL’s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issuesCreate Scoped Applications using StudioAutomate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow EngineBuild data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNowDeep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub.Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transferAdditional Qualifications:Minimum 3 years IT related experienceServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plusExternal Client consulting experience highly preferredExperience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferredExperience leading multiple projects simultaneously.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
