Job Description
Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead
Location : Remote (EST hours only)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom solutions on force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce.
Develop and support new apps using lightning framework for internal and external users.
Support ongoing production Global SFDC instances for business continuity.
Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, list of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements.
Assess the impact of proposed changes and recommend alternative solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis.
Support Insulet’s enterprise integration program. Work with integration leads on processes moving data between Salesforce and other third-party solutions such as marketing automation or ERP.
Communicate effectively with IT leaders and/or business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets.
Mandatory Skills
At least 8 to 10 years of experience working as a SFDC developer working on Service and Community clouds.
Must have experience of team handling, minimum 10 team members.
Salesforce Service cloud experience is mandatory with Health cloud & experience cloud expertise being a big plus.
Strong knowledge of custom Salesforce development including Apex, Aura, Process Builder, Flow, LWC, Visualforce, basic administration, reporting, and general design concepts.
Expert in Aura framework and Lightning framework, particularly for developing custom lightning components on our SFDC Community pages.
Expertise in DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and deployment for an IT organization of enterprise scale, either with Salesforce specific tools like Copado or Git, Bamboo, etc.
Experience building web services using SOAP, REST, XML, JSON.
API integration skills working with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.
Knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming language (Java or .NET) is required.
Service cloud certification is a must along with PD1. PD2 will be an additional plus.
