Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud infrastructure and services.Fuel the continuous evolution of automation practices, streamlining development workflows, and amplifying release processes.Champion the implementation and orchestration of CI/CD pipelines, orchestrating seamless software delivery and ensuring unwavering integration and deployment.Craft and nurture infrastructure as code (IaC) using cutting-edge tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.Master containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, orchestrating the deployment and scaling of applications.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, integrating automation into every facet of the software development lifecycle.Vigilantly monitor system performance, preempting issues to ensure the highest levels of availability, reliability, and performance for our client's cloud-based services.Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in automation, DevOps, and cloud technologies.Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Strong knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.UK Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, with a view to obtaining UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance as required.Salary/Day Rate:
