Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager (IT PM) to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering IT projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, a strong focus on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and proficiency in using Monday.com as a project management platform. Qualified individuals should have a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to align objects cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.

Business Acumen:

Develop a deep understanding of the business, its goals, and operations, leveraging this knowledge to align IT projects with strategic objectives.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures to maintain financial accountability.

Triage and Prioritization:

Conduct triage of project requests, prioritizing based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment.

SDLC Focus:

Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle, ensuring quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.

Platform Utilization:

Utilize Monday.com to manage project timelines, resources, and tasks effectively. Ensure that the platform is configured to meet project needs and promote team collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Risk Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery.

Change Management:

Facilitate smooth transitions during project implementation by engaging and supporting team members through effective communication, training, and resources, ensuring they understand and embrace new processes and technologies.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on software development and project management methodologies.

Strong proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of retail business and its operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to its needs.
