Systems Architect for Avionics Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)
on the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program, where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world-class Integrated Product Development environment.Location:

We're looking for you, as a talented and experienced electronics engineer, to join our team and help us continue to innovate and excel in the aerospace industry.What does this role look like?The FBM program is entering a major development phase that will include developing significant Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for package/module test, subsystem test, and missile assembly test. You will serve as a technical lead to support the development of requirements for the ATE, develop a common architecture for FBM test equipment, and implement this architecture to support the multiple ATE designs.Key activities you will accomplish in this role:Develop and maintain model-based architectures for all new electrical ground support equipment designs.Develop trade studies in support of architecture design.Serve as technical lead to the hardware and software architects, ensuring that hardware and software architectures align with the system architecture.Interface with internal customers to understand test needs for package, subsystem, and system-level testing.Typical mins for this role:14-20+ years of professional experience for this role.Active DoD

is required.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.Experience developing Automated Test Equipment, Electrical Ground Support Equipment, or similar systems through all phases of development.Experience developing functional, physical, logical architectures.Experience integrating and testing complex systems.Active DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.Desired Skills:DoD Top Secret clearance.Demonstrated experience driving large multi-site development efforts.Experience with Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements (DOORs).Experience with Cameo (or similar MBSE tool) for developing architectures.Experience working Naval contracts.Experience with Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) simulation.Knowledge of cyber security concepts.Requirements derivation and decomposition to lower-level subsystems and components.Experience with Agile methodologies for project management.Security Clearance Statement:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington, or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
