We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will manage a $100M+ project on a Perry, FL based green field design build industrial plant for a commercial client. Project execution is through subcontractors with no current direct craft labor.***Must be on-site at Perry, FL construction location 50% of the time.What You'll Be Doing:Manage a major design build project as part of the US effort to improve environmental quality while upgrading its industrial base.Interface with commercial client, subcontractors, regulatory agencies at federal, state, county levels.Manage the interface and deliverables for the industrial plant.Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.Oversee and update the implementation of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.Manage contract deliverables.Assign responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates.Manage Scope, track changes, and negotiate changes with client and key subcontractors (in conjunction with the applicable contracts groups).Support growth and business development opportunities.Provide input and development plans for subordinates.Mobilize company resources to support project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.Manage and control budgets, and assure accurate financial reporting.Familiar with change management, developing and negotiating for additional cost and/or time impacts when scope deviations arise. Accurately maintain change order logs and track risks that could affect project goals.Monitor and report to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions that would affect project cost or schedule.Manage subcontracts performing the field execution.Run weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.Develop succession plans for key project roles.Spend at least 50% of the time on site or TDY at Perry, FL construction site.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Able to manage a major complex Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) design build vertical construction program.Advanced leadership skills with the ability to perform in a management capacity.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Thorough knowledge of construction practices and regulations.Must be a US Citizen and able to clear requirements for access to the site.At least 10 years of experience with CPFF contracts of similar scale and complexity is ideal.Able to manage expedited schedules with a recent track record as such.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Working knowledge of federal, state, and county level construction requirements.Exceptional client communication skills.Recent prior experience working with European companies in the industry.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

$140,700.00 - $253,300.00.
