The Joint Staff is responsible for training military forces to respond to crises around the globe. From armed conflict to providing humanitarian support after natural disasters, this force relies on joint training across all military branches, Combatant Commands, and the Components to be ready to respond at a moment’s notice. Our team is looking for a lead software engineer to help build these tools and capabilities. On this team you will be part of a fast-paced, user-driven development team focused on creating solutions with a successful group that is rapidly growing. We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Software Engineer to be focused on architecting, developing, and maintaining these solutions.Minimum Qualifications

5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years’ experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.Preferred Requirements
