TYLin- City Solutions is seeking an early career Traffic Engineer to join our New York City based Traffic Engineering Team.Responsibilities & Qualifications

The selected individual will perform various traffic engineering and transportation planning tasks including:Conduct site visits, field observations and data collectionPerform traffic, pedestrian, parking, safety, and transit analysesUse innovative data analytics tools and traffic analysis softwareDevelop CAD-based design drawings of signs, markings, and signal controlsConduct reviews of transportation plans and drawings for operational effectivenessPrepare high-quality graphics, data visualizations, and reportsAttend internal and external project meetingsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil or transportation engineeringExpert user of ExcelProficiency in AutoCAD and/or Adobe IllustratorExperience in traffic analysis software including HCS, Synchro/SimTraffic, and/or VISSIM preferredEIT certification preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to commute to the office at least three days per weekAuthorized to work in the USThis position is for the
