Project Manager - Federal Facilities

As a result, a full-time position is available for an architecture project manager. This position would lead project teams focused on delivering architecture, engineering and planning services for federal defense and/or laboratory facilities.Responsibilities include:Leading project teamsDeveloping scopes, fees, contracts and subcontractsTracking and monitoring scopes, schedules, budgets and fees for small to large projectsScheduling and facilitating team and client meetingsBuilding new and maintaining current client relationshipsSupporting market leaders in strategically expanding business opportunities with federal agenciesDeveloping and delivering presentations to clientsAs a national practice, this position is expected to travel up to 25%.The successful candidate must have the following:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in architecture from an accredited college or university or degree in a field relevant to leading building projectsANDAt least 7 years of relevant experience of which two must be at the project manager levelOR, if no degree:At least 11 years of relevant experience of which two must be at the project manager levelValid Driver’s LicenseThe ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:Experience in managing defense and/or laboratory projects for federal agenciesExperience in managing interdisciplinary project teams on large complex projects from proposal stage through project closeoutBusiness development experience – seeking out and following through on new project opportunities in coordination with a teamArchitecture or related field current license in any state with ability to obtain additional licensuresPMP-CertifiedLEED AP, WELL Accredited Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance ProfessionalNCARB or related certificationIf you have strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at
