We are looking for a highly motivated IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity including networks, servers, and systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing tech support.Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Maintain and troubleshoot administration control of the domain, user and software management, RBAC, and Data Management.Monitor and Maintain IT Infrastructure:
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, and systems.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:
Identify, diagnose, and fix issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Server Management:
Maintain and support Windows/Linux servers, ensuring they are properly configured, patched, and secure.Network Management:
Manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Handle network configuration and security.Backup and Disaster Recovery:
Implement and monitor data backup solutions and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place and functional.End-User Support:
Provide technical support to users, resolving any hardware or software-related issues.System Upgrades and Patches:
Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and systems, ensuring all are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.Security Management:
Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT systems from unauthorized access, malware, and other cyber threats.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT team members and departments to coordinate system maintenance, upgrades, and support tasks.Vendor Management:
Coordinate with third-party vendors for procurement and troubleshooting of hardware and software solutions.Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or a related role.Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure.Proficiency in Windows server management.Experience managing IT Service Desk, Vendor Coordination, IT Hardware & Networking.Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, etc.).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is mandatory.
