office.Responsibilities:Identify business development opportunitiesDevelop project budgets, schedules, scope of work proposals, and construction contractsCreate and execute the project plan and construction schedulePrepare all purchase orders and subcontractor agreementsSecure and obtain all permits and approvalsAttend and/or lead all required meetings with the Operations Manager, field and operations staff, owners, architects, designers, and subcontractorsMaintain quality control and safety standardsMaterial procurement and monitoring deliveries to jobsitesRequirements:BA/BS Degree5+ years of experience in commercial constructionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLandmark Builders is an EEO employer.Landmark Builders offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
