We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth leader to lead our global marketing department's data-driven digital strategies and marketing operations. This role involves a keen understanding of business and customer analytics, channel and campaign management, and the continuous improvement of our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, adept at forecasting performance, and making informed marketing mix and budget recommendations. This role is designed for a transformative leader poised to drive the digital marketing strategy and marketing operations to new heights and providing a significant impact on the company's strategic direction.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead a diverse team comprised of full-time staff, contractors, and agencies. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Demand, Product, Technology, and Systems teams to propel our Sales, Operations, and Customer Success efforts, ultimately driving market engagement and achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a digital growth engine to achieve strategic revenue targets by maximizing customer lifetime value and drive project growth/customer usage of Gordian platforms.

Drive digital content strategy, to communicate the unique value proposition of Gordian’s services and software platforms, spearheading digital initiatives that expand share of wallet.

Drive digital engagement across the entire buyer journey and leverage data at scale to improve conversion rate, customer retention and project initiation.

Architect marketing campaigns that customize the value proposition to unique buyer journeys and drive growth in targeted verticals rooted in VOC.

Foster team growth and champion the adoption of FBS/process improvement practices within the department.

Lead the development and execution of a holistic digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, multi-campaign channels while managing website operations and digital advertising to drive growth and online sales.

Oversee the eCommerce platform, enhancing customer experience and leveraging strategic product positioning to increase conversions and boost transactions.

Direct analytics and performance monitoring to refine digital campaign strategies, employing tools like Google Analytics for data-driven optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and manage the MarTech stack to unlock modernized digital architecture to inform and empower stakeholder decision-making.

Spearhead marketing operations, from database management to campaign execution, ensuring seamless integration and effective lead management across platforms.

Leadership and Vision:

Lead a portfolio of technical marketing teams, steering departmental goals and directing resources to echo the overarching business strategy and vision.

Strategically prioritize projects to tackle immediate service needs and operational hurdles, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.

Inspire and galvanize team members and marketing peers to drive demand generation and digital campaigns to new heights.

Employ expert project management techniques to oversee complex projects involving both internal and external collaborators.

Craft and implement innovative programs and campaigns in tandem with various marketing divisions, showcasing a unified front.

Cultivate leadership within your ranks, mentoring your teams and unlocking their potential through targeted training and development paths.

Champion a culture that embraces continual enhancement and a dedication to learning, setting new standards within the marketing team.

Orchestrate cross-functional efforts to deliver cohesive and synergistic digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing within B2B high-tech industries.

Experience in managing complex website operations and familiarity with Magento, WordPress, and other relevant platforms.

Strong technical background with experience in systems integration, API management, and marketing automation tools.

Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and retention goals.

Comfortable leading change and optimizing processes for accelerated revenue growth.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, and other digital marketing tools.

Experience with Boomi, Identity Server, and other system integration tools is preferred.
