life cycle and
ITSM
best practicesPractical experience with
agile methodologies/tools , ITIL process implementation, Driving/working part of
CSI projectsKnowledge of technology metrics, scorecard implementation, and project management best practicesITIL v3 Intermediate certificate or/and administration certificate
on any ITSM tools like
Service Now, RemedyAnalytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Note:This is a
