ASG is CMMI Level 3 certified for Development and Services and holds ISO certifications 9001:2015, 20000-1:2011, and 27000:2015.Job Description:A Square Group (ASG) is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for our Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), Code Review and DevSecOps program. This role requires a blend of expertise in program management, ISSO, Code Review, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity within a Defense Information Systems Agency environment.The Senior Program Manager will lead ISSO, Code Review and DevSecOps service offerings, focusing on cybersecurity and program governance in a high-security environment. Manages multiple task orders working with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Contracting Officer (KO). Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical services provided are to DoD operational levels, and product schedules in the task orders are implemented promptly and meet customer expectations. Performs planning and collaboration with other functional systems and client organizations. Manages the contract staff and key personnel and ensures smooth team functionality and delegation of tasks.What You Will Do:Oversee the operational management of the DISA ISSO, Code Review and DevSecOps programs.Craft and implement strategies, particularly as they relate to a thorough cybersecurity posture.Lead DevSecOps initiatives, integrating security into the software development lifecycle.Manage compliance with standards like ISO, NIST, GDPR, and CMMC.Drive program risk assessments using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).Liaise with executive leadership to align programs with corporate objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services with existing enterprise systems.RequirementsWhat We Need:Bachelor’s degree w/ Project Manager Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Minimum 6 years’ experience of at least 3 years specializing in Federal Government projects & programs. With 20 years’ experience, no degree is needed, but at least 5 years must be as a Project Manager w/experience in Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.Extensive IT and cybersecurity experience, with a focus on ISSO and Code Review.In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps, development, and cybersecurity frameworks.Proven track record in leading cybersecurity projects in government and commercial sectors.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio (Microsoft Office), and Adobe Acrobat.Even Better:Experience in cybersecurity ISSO and Code Review technologies, digital engineering, and Agile framework.Relevant certifications like CISSP, ITIL v3, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, and Agile.Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and complex IT programs.Effective communication skills.The ability to work collaboratively.This role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels in cybersecurity related program management.
