Adobe Experience Platform is a modern platform that powers the next generation of Adobe Experience Cloud. It is composed of high-performance microservices that ingest, analyze, optimize, action, and govern data from the biggest companies in the world. Our customers entrust Adobe with their most valuable and meaningful data.The Trust and Governance engineering team specializes in crafting services and features directly into the product that build trust with the customer and enable them to govern their data. We are looking for outstanding individuals with experience in data usage, access control, encryption, tokenization and similar capabilities in large-scale platforms.What You'll Do
Work on a new platform and the foundation for Adobe's next evolution.Own the architecture and design for platform initiatives.Work closely with your team to build and support performant microservices.Work with Adobe leaders and architects to craft the product and technical vision.Mentor and lead engineers in the team.What you need to succeed
Proven experience building robust technology meeting highly regulated industry requirements.10 years+ experience developing distributed systemsExpertise in supporting large-scale data systems.Experience working in a small team using Agile practices to quickly develop and deploy services.Comfortably communicate complex architecture and design to both technical and non-technical audiences.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $173,300 -- $312,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.Adobe is proud to be an
