About The Role
LTK’s Insights & Analytics team is an integral component of the company’s overall mission. As a
Senior Product Data Analyst , you will work cross-functionally across LTK to provide insights to optimize the business and assess the execution of and impact of initiatives.
In this role, you will be part of a growth-hungry, acceleration-minded team of problem-solvers and product-builders; you will use a data-driven approach to drive a deep understanding of our rapidly evolving business and platforms.

We seek thought-partners and creative thinkers who can collaborate effectively with product managers, marketing managers, designers, and engineers to define and measure success metrics as well as identify actionable insights to help LTK grow.
How You Will Make An Impact
Be a champion of data throughout the organization through the creation of standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and compelling business insightsExtract data out of Big Data technologies (i.e. Redshift) to produce clear and actionable insightsSynthesize complex data analyses and communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization, such as the exploration and analysis of user behaviors (segmentation), LTV modeling, and churn analysis, as examples, to drive actionable insightsIdentify opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and partner with growth-focused teams (product, engineering, marketing) to execute on projectsUnderstand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products for both creators & consumers to identify (and influence) opportunities for step-changesCraft compelling dashboards and visualizations to “tell the story” of the businessContinually evaluate and refine your technical toolkit; teach what you learn to the teamThrive and excel in tackling ambiguous problems and showcasing creative and innovative solutionsApproach problems with various degrees of agility and focus on output → you are solutions and results oriented and strive to empower peers, stakeholders, and leadersApply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions for the business
What You Will Bring To LTK
3+ years experience as an analyst or in a quantitative roleA self-starter with a passion for data; you “think outside the box” and “around the corner” with fierce attention to detailInnately curious and have a strong desire to discover impactful insights from data to drive the businessProven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation to drive actionable insights and decisionsStrong communication skills - you can present your findings in a clear and articulate way to groups of various stakeholders to drive decision makingA deep desire to prove yourself right or wrong and make smart decisions without egoEmpathy and intellectual humility to build strong rapport and thought-partnerships with colleaguesAbility to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environmentAbility to think short-term and long-term and pivot across multiple projects and manage various stakeholdersExcellent ability to compartmentalize and manage queues, prioritization, and effectively manage upStrong SQL skills and focus on optimization, refinement, and scalability; experience with Python, R or a similar programming language is a plusProficiency with BI visualization tool (i.e. Looker, Tableau)
Functional Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; your major can be anything - we love diverse educational backgrounds, but you have a strong quantitative foundationDemonstrable record of professional and academic achievements
