If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.The Role:Develop and implement vehicle communication designs in Vector PREEvisionImplement and configure software architectures to enable automatic routingsMaintain and add to E2E, DoIP and security implementations in PREEvisionImplement Some/IPCreate and maintain communication network data and artifacts (Ethernet, CAN/CANFD, LIN)Work with Engineering teams and suppliers on interface specifications, create commonality and share artifactsImplement and configure automated quality checks of your workSupport Test Engineers and develop network design verification test plans at the ECU and vehicle levelConduct network simulations for analyzing and optimizing bus loading and message latencyWork with the Platform software team to help implement and configure network communication in ECU softwareEngage with Vector to further automate the workflow and to implement additional Lucid requirements in PREEvisionManage multiple programs and variantsQualifications:3+ years of experience with creating, implementing, and testing network communications for automotive ECUsSignificant experience with Automotive Ethernet, CAN, CAN-FD, and LINExperience in specifying and implementing Automotive Diagnostics (DoIP, DoCAN) based on the UDS standardExperience or background in the development of vehicle electronic and software architecturesStrong experience with E/E architecture tools such as Vector PREEvisionExperience with programming or scripting languages, such as Java, Python, CAPL, C/C++Worked with verification / validation tools (Vector CANoe or equivalent and its extensions for Ethernet and diagnostics)Experience with audio, video, control and precision timing messagingExperience with software development workflowsKnowledge of Autosar Classic and Autosar Adaptive conceptsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field; Master's degree preferredSalary Range:
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Additional Compensation and Benefits:
