GENERAL SUMMARY:Plan, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based association management systems (AMS).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
(Minimum of 37.5 hours/week):Plan, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based association management systemsManage workload consisting of multiple association clientsCollaborate with our Information Services department and client staff to understand client needs and help identify technical solutions that will best meet those needsProvide technical consultation to association client staff, ensuring Salesforce best practices are considered and appropriately maintainedCreate and maintain technical documentationPerform other AMS-related tasks as necessary
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proficiency in a variety of Salesforce features including, but not limited to:
Apex Classes and TriggersFlowsCustom objects and fieldsAdvanced FormulasSOQL
Strong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work effectively in teams, as well as independentlyWorking knowledge of version control/code repository systems
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Working knowledge of Lightning Web ComponentsFamiliarity with Visualforce and AuraIntermediate knowledge of object-oriented programming conceptsIntermediate knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience with Nimble AMS a plusExperience working with associations/non-profit organizations a plus
