This position is generally held for 1-3 years while being trained. Promotion is determined by commitment, ambition, knowledge and attitude of the individual. Drug screen, physical and criminal background check is required of successful candidates.Know and understand safety policiesContract document organization, distribution and controls using company standards and softwareAssisting in Planning and scheduling using company standards and softwareSubmittal organization, distribution and coordination to ensure quality controlAttend and document meetings on and offsiteReview and understand company estimating standards and software as well as coordinate with estimators and PM’sCoordination with Owner, Architect and Engineers as directed by the PM.Contract and Purchase order managementUnderstand and assist with internal cost control, cost accounting management and accounting reports
