As a Technical Program Manager for the Advanced Research & Technology (ART) PMO, you will lead the development of early-stage technologies with a focus on rapidly delivering productization-ready solutions. You will oversee multiple, interconnected, and complex projects, coordinating both inter- and intra-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Where you come in:

You will lead technical, cross-functional projects, demonstrating leadership, growth, and flexibility within the Dexcom ART and Labs teams.You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and process tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals and schedules for early-stage technology projects.You will maintain effective communication with business leadership across all levels and functions, particularly within R&D, tailoring information to the audience's knowledge level.You will develop, track, and report on project plans; create and maintain detailed project schedules; identify and escalate program and technology risks; and manage pre-phase 0 work, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines, standards, and procedures.You will define and manage interactions, acting as a key liaison between program stakeholders and internal/external partners.What makes you successful:

Comfortable and enthusiastic about operating in the dynamic and undefined space of early technology development; capable of leading teams through significant uncertainty in early development and exploration contexts.Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in managing detailed schedules, establishing and maintaining program priorities, managing risks, and driving accountability and execution across teams.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business information clearly and effectively through presentations, documentation, reports, and meetings. Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.Experience in medical device development or the health technology industry, especially related to sensor and algorithm development is a plus.Proficient with project management tools, including Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft Office products.Extensive experience in project management methodologies and practices, including waterfall and hybrid approaches. Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.Comfortable leading project teams using organization, coordination, and consensus-building skills while communicating a clear vision for project success.Positive attitude, self-sufficient, curious, driven to succeed, and able to inspire others, especially in ambiguous circumstances.Experience and Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.What you'll get:

Salary:$128,600.00 - $214,400.00
