Position Overview:Our client, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking experienced and compassionate Physician Assistants to join their primary care teams. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. Responsibilities:• Deliver comprehensive medical care, including health assessments, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning for patients of all ages.• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships, offering personalized care to ensure consistency and trust.• Manage acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other common primary care concerns.• Provide patient education and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient information, treatment plans, and follow-up care.• Participate in community health initiatives and preventive care programs as required. Qualifications:• Must hold a valid Physician Assistant (PA) certification.• Active New York State PA license required.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
