A family-owned wealth management company offering financial life coaching and comprehensive planning to individuals and families is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. This role will be essential in supporting one of the firm's top Wealth Advisors.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support by managing phone calls, emails, and inquiriesCoordinate schedules, appointments, and meetingsAssist with organizing company-sponsored events and meetingsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProcess account-related tasks, including new accounts, transfers, contributions, redemptions, and beneficiary changesSchedule and coordinate client meetings for the Wealth Advisor, managing operational tasks as neededInput client data and manage paperwork using CRM templates for onboarding and client servicingAssist clients with account-related needs and schedule annual reviews, gathering necessary information
Requirements:Bachelor's degree, required2+ years of experience in wealth management, securities, or financial planning industryProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with Redtail CRM; a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyOutstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with common client servicing needs within financial planning/investment firms
Our client offers a broad target base salary range of $50,000 to $80,000, with the possibility of some flexibility. The actual salary will be determined by various factors, including skill set and experience.
