Staffmark is partnering with a leading water treatment manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA to hire a skilled Assembly Technician. Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. You will read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. Conducting quality inspections will be a key part of your role, ensuring that products meet the highest standards. You will troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, document assembly processes, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools. Your role will help ensure smooth and effective production, playing a vital part in the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus* Proven assembly or manufacturing experience, especially with electronics or mechanical systems* Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other machinery* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team* Good communication skills* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds* Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
