To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a higher education institute located in the Boston area, is seeking a temporary to hire Development Coordinator. The hours for this role are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and it is compensating $27 an hour. Drafting contact reports, donor correspondence, acknowledgement and stewardship lettersExtensive database and information management procedures, such as constructing queries, entering and managing actions, proposals, activities, facilitating maintenance of prospect records, contact information and other record updatesProvide planning, logistics and scheduling support for donor campus visits and donor-hosted events by creating agendas, scheduling faculty, students and staff to participate, and coordinating with special events and venues to ensure appropriate transportation and meeting space, etc.
Retrieving, compiling, and analyzing data from a variety of complex internal and external sources, including system data feeds, reports, forms, public information, email, and written correspondenceIdentify, investigate, and reconcile irregular or inconsistent dataUpload files and perform maintenance to the electronic document management system as needed.Qualifications:
High-level of proficiency with CRMs and CRM business processes. Salesforce experience highly desired.Ability to manage high volume of data entry and data changes.Strong project management and time management skills.Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat (or similar PDF editor), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Zoom.Ability to be detail oriented, work independently, multi-task, and meet all deadlines for traveling gift officers.Must possess proactive and resourceful abilities, be extremely well organized, demonstrate exceptional customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
