Admin Job Duties include:Manage incoming mail operations, including opening, sorting, and processing donations
Handle returned mail by conducting follow-up research and updating constituent records
Enter donations into the database using batch entry, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Update donor records and digitize donation materials for archival purposes.
Support the gift acknowledgment process by sending personalized thank-you letters and welcome packages
Assist with large-scale mailing projects, including quality control, postage calculation, and delivery
Provide excellent service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and post
Other duties as assignedAdmin Preferred Skills include:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM database software, with knowledge of Raiser's Edge being a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and proactive attitudeAdmin Requirements may include:
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
