Position: Psychiatrist (Full Time or Part-Time)
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our mental health team. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various mental health conditions. This role involves prescribing medication, providing therapy, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program* Board certification in Psychiatry* Valid state medical license* Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations of patients to determine diagnoses* Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessments* Prescribe medication and monitor the effectiveness of treatment* Provide individual or group therapy sessions as needed* Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care* Document all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulations and best practices* Stay up-to-date on advancements in psychiatric treatments and research to provide the highest quality care
