Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, and a proven track record in project management. This role is critical in ensuring that the HR module effectively meets the needs of our organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight

Coordinate large-scale programs and multiple complex delivery projects.Lead major projects, initiatives, and functional groups.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with HR teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Project Planning

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining resources, deliverables, and timelines.Accountable for delivering the initiative from conception to implementation.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Engage with HR stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Analyze current HR workflows for optimization within the Oracle Cloud Fusion HR module.

Customization and Configuration

Oversee customization and configuration of the HR module to align with organizational needs.Ensure integration with payroll, finance, and recruitment systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Develop test plans and manage the testing process to ensure module functionality meets requirements.Address and resolve any issues identified during testing.

Training and Change Management

Organize and oversee training programs for HR staff and end-users.Manage change processes to support the transition to the new HR system.

Data Migration and Integration

Plan and execute the migration of existing HR data, ensuring data integrity.Manage integration with other Oracle Cloud modules or third-party applications.

Ongoing Support and Optimization

Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation.Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Generate and analyze HR metrics reports, such as employee turnover and recruitment effectiveness.

Skills and QualificationsProject Management Expertise: Proficient in methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.ERP Experience: 10-15 years in Oracle ERP, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion implementation (HCM, Payroll, and Benefits).HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion HR functionalities and integration capabilities.Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across various departments.Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective in identifying and resolving implementation challenges.
