As an International Shipping Clerk, you will perform the duties required for the preparation of sample and sales orders outbound deliveries. You will also be responsible in validating outbound delivery & bill of lading requirements to ensure accurate shipment to clients according to dsm-firmenich safety, quality, housekeeping, service (punctuality) and cost standards. This role will also require you to Inspect and load & unload trailers. For material receipts, validate material information, sample, label and transfer to warehouse.

Your key responsibilities
* Ensure safe operation of forklift and drum handling equipment.* Work and train under the supervision of experienced Group Leader or designated Internal Logistics employee.* Ensure compliance with OBD validation procedures for all sales orders prior to shipment.* Ensure compliance to goods receipt checklist procedure.* Compliance to trailer inspection procedure.* Process all daily SAP PGI Transactions in accordance with policy.* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with QC policy.

You bring
* High School diploma or equivalent experience in a warehouse / manufacturing/ distribution environment.* Prior experience handling chemicals.* Years of experience= 0 - 2 years minimum.* Logistics equipment operator experience in a warehouse environment.* Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices)* Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) a plus.
