As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that will drive the success of our most strategic projects.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Principal Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and departments. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale AI/ML initiatives aligned with Xometry's strategic goals. You will bring structure to chaos, foster collaboration, and ensure programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong business acumen, and deep expertise in managing sophisticated AI/ML projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end management of large-scale, cross-functional programs that align with the company's strategic priorities.Drive program planning, from concept through to execution and post-launch analysis.Partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Operations, and Finance teams to set realistic project goals, timelines, and milestones.Implement robust project management processes and frameworks that enhance execution speed, transparency, and accountability.Lead risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively identify and address roadblocks or delays.Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.Provide clear, concise, and actionable communication on project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive teams.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process management, leveraging data to inform decision-making.Foster a high-performance culture across teams, ensuring alignment to company goals and maintaining high morale in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects in a technology-driven company.Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.Experience working in an Agile environment and applying lean methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.Experience in launching new user-facing products and AI/ML applications.Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how technology solutions drive business outcomes.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior and executive leaders.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, make quick decisions, and drive high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.Must be a US Citizen or GC holderWhy Xometry:
