Finance Manager
DaVita is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the National Hospital Services team. The Finance Manager will spearhead strategic financial planning and analysis responsibilities, financial modeling initiatives, and other strategic initiatives for the business. Reporting to the Director of Finance for Hospital Services, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
Own the annual budgeting process including leading planning efforts, refining models, setting guidance, and providing support to field leadersLead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing results, variance analysis, and insights for decision-makingOwn in-year and long-term strategic planning forecasting processes for Hospital Services business to support Enterprise forecasting processPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver Hospital Services financial insights, business drivers, and key metrics to internal stakeholdersIdentify & lead work streams to improve financial processesFinancial Modeling and Data Analytics:
Manage sophisticated financial models to support pricing decisions, and work closely with field leaders and serve as a strategic thought partner in contract negotiations with hospitalsProvide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the ongoing performance of the businessProvide analytical support to clinical and operational teammates, enhancing decision making processesLeadership and Team Development:
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention within the team.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry.Experience managing financial processes and projects.Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools.Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders.Team-player able to work collaboratively within HSG Finance and alongside our stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.Familiarity with finance and analytics systems like Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred.Travel Required:
Up to 5-10% nationally.

Salary/ Wage Range$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 / year
