Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating chartsSeat guests and maintain control of wait timesInspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setupSpeak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leavingAnswer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operationQualifications
Prior experience in a guest service environment preferredAbility to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to effectively communicate with guests and team membersNo high school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements
Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shiftAbility to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift and carry up to 35 poundsShift Details
