Responsibilities
Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notesCoordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of foodMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparationsAssist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu itemsVerify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linenQualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busserAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication skillsPhysical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsAbility to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift up to 35 poundsShift Details
