Responsibilities

Receives drink orders from patrons or serversServes alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresMixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beerEnters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks servedCompletes Daily Bar Sales Report accuratelyMaintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and suppliesCleans and stores bar equipment and bar stockPrepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as neededPerforms opening, closing, and side work duties as assignedPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.One to two years previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferredExcellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to complete required preemployment alcohol service trainingBasic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks and count inventoryPossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand namesAbility to multitask by meeting the needs of one’s own customers while preparing drinks for guests seated in dining area of restaurantVerbal communication skills; listening skills with ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctlyPhysical Requirements
