Number of Beds: 68.Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely, surge and other circumstances will alter.Equipment: Not specified.EMR: EPIC.Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility only.Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred.Type of Patients on Unit: Level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center.Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible.Additional Details
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care.Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and service standards.
