McGovern Automotive Group is hiring Internet Sales/Business Development Agents to join our Hyundai of Brockton team!

As an Internet Sales/Business Development Agent you will be responsible for answering
Internet Leads, Inbound Phone Calls and providing appropriate support and follow-up to those customers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is results oriented and self-motivated to contribute to the growth of the dealerships business and overall customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesManage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leadsListen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offeringsWork in close partnership with Sales staff to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirementsMeet specified monthly targets and goalsContribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitudeRequirements
Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred but not necessaryAt least 1 year of Internet Sales or BDC experience in an automotive setting preferred but not necessaryHigh school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent customer relationship skillsSelf-starter, motivated and success drivenConfident, positive, and high energy presenceStrong communication skillsTeam-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goalsValid driver's licenseMust be able to pass background and drug screeningsAbout Our Company
