Job Overview
The Digital Analytics Manager will be a part of our B2B eCommerce/Marketing team, responsible for providing analytical support helping the team make data-driven decisions and achieve objectives. This person will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, design and implement analytical solutions, and provide insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in marketing analytics, and a passion for working with data.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of all marketing campaign performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systemsDevelop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, providing insights that drive business growthCommunicate findings and actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerParticipate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, providing analytical insights to support decision-makingDevelop channel, customer, and user segment insights to understand opportunities for campaign targetingLead the development of A/B testing scenarios to optimize campaign performanceServes as the representative for Consolidated on system digital data & analytics routinesKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong analytical skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detailProficiency in analytical tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, PowerBi, Tableau, and R.Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is preferredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problemsAbility for working in a fast paced, high energy environment of competing priorities with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and concise messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 1 through up to 3 years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications
Degree preferably in business administration, marketing and/or data analytics.
