Recruitment, development, and management of employeesEffective labor and training managementMaintaining facility, equipment, and cleanliness standardsOrdering, inventory control, and food quality managementCash handling, reporting, and complianceAbove average performance in the following standard measurements:
Labor Usage: Plus or minus 10 hrs./weeklyShow Bo: Minimum Score of 90Drive Thru Window Times: Less than 55 secondsFood Variance: 1.5% of sales, or betterTurnover Rates: Less than 150%Kitchen & Dining Supplies: .8% of Sales or BetterPhysical Requirements:
Occasional lifting of up to 40 poundsExtended periods of time spent walking and/or standing
