Each coordinator is the communication link between the partner requesting service and the Service Technicians.

Job requirements:

Manage daily operations of field technicians including scheduling, times, & GPS Reporting.Manage partner expectations by providing realistic ETA's for service calls.Prioritize call schedule according to level of emergency or urgency.Monitor the route and status of repairs to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.Enter data in computer system, maintain logs and records of calls.Must be able to work in a high stress work environment.Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule to accommodate the needs of partners.Develop strong relationships with technicians, other dispatchers, partners, and management to alleviate the stress of unexpected schedule changes and service demands.Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.Capable of following office procedures and guideline.Proficient in English (Strong oral and written skills).Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.Active listener with excellent communication skills.Sound judgement and critical thinking.High school diploma.
